SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location & order weight.

Processing Time

3–10 business days

3 - 6 weeks for commission work

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International orders may take 7-21 days and may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost & Delayed Packages 

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond my control. If your package is delayed, please refer to your tracking information and contact your local postal service for updates.

While I take great care in creating each item, I am not responsible for lost or missing packages once they are in transit. However, I'm always happy to assist. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

RETURN POLICY

As a result of the items sold in this shop being handmade, your purchases are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Include your proof of purchase, order number, and clear photos of the item. I will work with you to find the best resolution.
